About the Opportunity: Job Title: Assembler Pay Rate: $20.00/Hour Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5AM-3PM and Friday 5AM-9AM (Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays) Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications: Capable of reading blueprints and understanding work orders. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to use power tools such as a drill. Regularly bends, twists, stoops, pushes, pulls, and reaches with hands and arms. Must be able to stand or sit as needed for the entire shift. Very keen vision and hearing is required. Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble hatches using small hand and power tools. Prepare panels for painting by putting insulation in and hanging panels on hooks. Package completed assemblies and fill orders. Work with team members to maximize productivity. Keep area well organized and clean. Work within all safety guidelines. Cross train in various departments to fill in when needed. Performs frequent quality checks. Other duties as assigned.
