Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an OB Monitoring Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to obstetric patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The RN will perform continuous fetal and maternal monitoring, interpret and document tracings, support labor and delivery teams, and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, implementing care plans, and educating patients and families. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and professional growth.
