Bilingual Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in Houston, TX. The attorney will ensure clients receive excellent care and results, meeting with them to discuss cases and build trust. Responsibilities include updating clients, communicating with insurance companies, and preparing cases for trial. Duties Meet with clients to discuss their cases and build trust. Update clients on case status and communicate with insurance companies. Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court if necessary. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience. Member of the Texas Bar in good standing. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Experience in evaluating claims. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Member of the Texas Bar in good standing. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving.
