Leasing & Resident Services Consultant

The Park at Franklin, a 648-unit apartment community in Somerset, NJ, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing & Resident Services Consultant to join our team.This position plays a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience while supporting the property's leasing and operational goals. The Leasing & Resident Services Consultant is responsible for apartment leasing, resident relations, and providing outstanding service to current and prospective residents. A strong team spirit and willingness to support the entire property team are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the apartment leasing process, from prospect follow-up through move-in. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, applicants, vendors, associates, and company representatives. Provide excellent customer service and promptly address resident questions and concerns. Maintain awareness of property performance goals, including occupancy, leasing activity, and closing ratios, and actively contribute to achieving those goals. Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and team regarding apartment availability, resident activities, leasing activity, and opportunities to improve property performance. Conduct property and apartment tours and effectively communicate community amenities, features, and services. Generate purchase orders (POs) and assist with invoice processing. Enter and follow up on maintenance service requests as needed. Maintain accurate records and ensure leasing and resident information is current. Support property events, resident activities, and other initiatives that enhance the resident experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure the community is maintained and presented at the highest level.
