We are excited to offer a shift differential of $3.50 for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM. New graduates can start at an impressive $42.50 per hour ! Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions.
- Deliver care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
- Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
- A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout your employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.
