Working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will enjoy a balanced work-life schedule while engaging in meaningful work that directly contributes to your patients' recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations to assess patient mobility, strength, and physical function, leading to evidence-based treatment planning.Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that cater to the individual needs of each patient, incorporating therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.Employ rehabilitation technologies and tools unique to our facility, ensuring optimal patient recovery.Document patient progress meticulously in the Raintree system, adhering to clinic guidelines for accuracy and compliance.Educate patients and their families on effective home care practices, injury prevention techniques, and the importance of exercise in maintaining their health.Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure that patients are on track to meet their therapeutic goals.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic primarily services a diverse array of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with patients of varying ages and backgrounds, employing a holistic approach to rehabilitation that respects each person's unique journey toward recovery.
