Join EOSIS Resource Center as a full-time Intake Coordinator in New Brighton, MN and be a steady source of support and guidance. Responsibilities Verification of funding. Monitor wait list Schedule evaluation/admission and arrange transportation if necessary. Oversee paper flow to Accounting. Determine client financial responsibility and monitor changes. Perform necessary data entry. Maintain daily census log. Attend staff in services and meetings. Paraprofessionals may not admit, transfer, or discharge clients. They may be directed to follow through with the process of implementation of the above by the director or designee. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Education: Must have highschool diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1 yr. experience in a chemical dependency facility and 2-3 years related experience required,or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Certifications/ Licenses: Possessavaliddriverlicense Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Must know or be willing to receive training on all parts and the implications of MN Statute 245G as well as all other required rules and regulations. On-going training on ofcultural awareness and demonstration of sensitivity to various cultural norms and values. Preferred Qualifications Ability to communicate with a variety of peoplediverse cultures, socioeconomic and educational backgrounds.
