F119 Module Fleet Manager - (Onsite)

Module Fleet Manager – F119 Support Program Location: Hartford, CT (United States of America). Role type: Onsite. U.S. citizenship required. No security clearance required. The F119 Support Program for the Raptor Engine (SPaRE) seeks a highly motivated individual to lead a cross‑functional Logistics IPT focused on ensuring readiness for depot module production, developing fleet management plans, and driving affordability initiatives. Responsibilities include leading the Logistics IPT, identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, reviewing trends, updating forecast data, developing and monitoring fleet management plans, supporting internal and external meetings, and driving efficiencies for the next depot overhaul interval. Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional Logistics IPT (LIPT) for every part within the responsible engine module. Identify risks to parts supportability for depot module production and field requirements, and develop mitigation plans. Review trends, update forecast data for future parts demand, and identify opportunities for expanded repairs or limits to support production and affordability targets. Develop and monitor Fleet Management Plans for improved safety, reliability, and affordability. Support internal and external program meetings by presenting module supportability challenges and mitigation plans. Drive efficiencies within the program to ensure preparedness for the next depot overhaul interval. Support hardware recovery initiatives for parts held for future repair status. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience in Engineering, Propulsion maintenance/logistics, or Program Management; or Advanced degree with 5 years of experience. Familiarity with propulsion MRO and technical/logistics field support processes. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, QLIK/Power BI. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics program management for aircraft engine support. Knowledge of depot overhauls and parts lifecycle cost analysis. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
