Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist - Stanton, CAJob Type: Temp-to-HirePay: $24/hourHours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMOvertime: Some Saturdays may be neededThis job is mostly Accounts Payable (AP) work. You will also help with Accounts Receivable (AR) when needed.You will do daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and must be careful and accurate.Daily Tasks:Make remote check depositsSort and hand out incoming mailHelp with Accounts Payable tasksHelp with Accounts Receivable tasks when neededWeekly Tasks:Check and review AP batches for 5 locationsManage and pass out internal mailEnter invoicesPost and print checksMonthly Tasks:Help with month-end balancing and cleanupProcess union hoursProcess Anthem billsExperience Required:3+ years of Accounts Payable experienceBasic knowledge of Accounts ReceivableExperience with: Entering invoicesReviewing AP batchesProcessing checksHelping with month-end balancingBest Fit Candidate: You are a great fit if you are:Positive and easy to work withFocused and careful with detailsHardworking and dependableOn time and consistent every daySerious about doing a good job#MS-OCACCT
