Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Deployment Strategist - this is an onsite position in San Francisco. Salary range: 157-210K USD base plus benefits plus equity.

We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 2+ years of experience to lead the on-the-ground deployment of our AI platform into major U.S. banks. This role is for a technically-minded individual with a consulting toolkit who thrives on creating structure from chaos and driving innovation with our clients.

What will you be doing?

• Lead the deployment of our AI platform, managing both business process definition and technical integration.
• Own the project cadence, leading standups, tracking progress, and testing software with client teams.
• Serve as the voice of the client, translating their needs into actionable feature requests for product and engineering.
• Become the go-to expert on the client's systems, data models, and internal dynamics.
• Travel to client sites to build relationships and ensure successful implementation.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred) or a technical deployment/implementation role at a top tech company or high-growth startup.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and discuss concepts like APIs, data mapping, and system integrations.
• Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders (VP-level).
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office.
• Willingness to travel to client sites at least one week per month.
