You will capture sensitive information from reporters, conduct guided interviews, and ensure reports are handled confidentially while delivering exceptional customer service to a global client base. You'll work with a diverse team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring resilience, strong typing (35 WPM), and proficiency with MS Office and proprietary software.
