This position is fully remote, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from your chosen work environment while ensuring the highest quality of care. Although remote, our team closely collaborates through regular meetings, ensuring that communication and support are consistently provided. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to establish a complete understanding of clients' needs, forming the basis for individualized treatment plans.

• Offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systems therapy.

• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Documenting clinical progress and treatment plans systematically according to departmental practices and HIPAA compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
