What You'll Do

• As our Service Manager, you'll lead daily fixed operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring Service Advisors and service staff

• Driving customer satisfaction and retention

• Managing service department performance, profitability, and efficiency

• Monitoring KPIs including RO count, labor sales, ELR, CSI, and technician productivity

• Coaching and developing future leaders

• Maintaining manufacturer standards and operational excellence

• Collaborating with dealership leadership to achieve business goals

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of Service Manager experience in a large, high-volume service facility

• Proven history of delivering exceptional operational and financial results

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities

• CDK experience required

• Toyota or Lexus experience preferred

• Passion for creating outstanding customer and employee experiences

The Annual Estimated Earnings is $200,000 plus.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
