Your Role in the Lab

• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analytic testing as required.
• Document all procedures with diligence, mentor new personnel or students, and contribute to the maintenance of clinical quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while following industry regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification throughout your tenure.
