Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and treatment planning for patients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of family dynamics and individual mental health needs.

• Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing complex issues such as grief, communication challenges, and conflict resolution.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship problems.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in an electronic health record system, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams when necessary.

• Create and lead workshops or group therapies to facilitate healing in a community-oriented environment.

• Stay informed on the latest research and methods in family therapy, ensuring that your practice remains current and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse population, working closely with adults and children/adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. You will help clients navigate issues such as family conflicts, adjustment to separation or divorce, blended family dynamics, and other stressors impacting their mental well-being. By understanding the unique needs of various family structures, you'll assist in fostering healthier relationships and improved communication.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the hard work and dedication of our therapists by offering a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
