Administrative Assistant

Burnett Staffing Specialists

Temporary Administrative Assistant Location: Vintage Park Area – Houston, TX Position Type: Temporary / Contract (4 months) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Business Hours Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a busy professional office in the Vintage Park area of Houston. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and can provide excellent administrative support with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Prepare reports, correspondence, and office documents Handle filing, scanning, and general office organization Support team members with administrative projects as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Two years previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Professional demeanor and dependable attendance Preferred Skills Experience in a corporate or professional office environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities If you are organized, professional, and available for an immediate temporary opportunity, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Burnett Staffing Specialists
