Business Analysis and KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain a cadence of reporting for the US Commercial Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team including meaningful insights to drive commercial action. Automate reporting through Power BI.Drive business review cadence for the US Commercial Organization that is consistent, replicable, and provides sales leadership a clear view of performance vs. expectation.Manage a cadence and lead a process to capture commercial inputs on product demand. Drive informed cross-functional decision-making, informing pricing, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, service, and finance on key metrics that ensure alignment for successful launches. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer or data science, engineering or healthcare related field Experience: Minimum 10 years work experience in sales, marketing, finance or commercial excellence or a combination of work experience and advanced degree education. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of Salesforce.com.Familiarity with B2B sales and commercial pipeline management preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience organizing and leading cross-functional teams.
