Compliance Analyst (MD Licensed)

To support the Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP), the full-time Compliance Analyst (MD Licensed) will manage compliance oversight by reviewing complaints and incident reports related to human subjects research, conducting preliminary assessments, and ensuring adherence to federal regulations in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for communications regarding complaints and incident reports, ensuring completeness and regulatory significance Draft correspondence, case summaries, and status reports while communicating with various stakeholders, including research institutions and government officials Track case status and manage records to support transparency and audit readiness, contributing to quality management and continuous improvement efforts Required qualifications Master's degree in public health, clinical research, health sciences, biomedical sciences, regulatory affairs, law, public administration, or a related field 4+ years of relevant experience in human subjects research protections and regulatory compliance Experience working with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and familiarity with federal regulations governing human subjects research (45 CFR 46) Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity software and collaboration tools Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with high accuracy and attention to detail
