Assembly Operator - 1st Shift

Assembly OperatorsnVent is looking for entry level and skilled Assembly Operators on 1st shift to join our team. In this role you will perform a variety of duties involved in assembly, packaging, and paint preparation.Starting hourly pay is up to $20.75+ with overtime opportunitiesOur facility offers:Air conditioned!State of the art, brand new facilityDedicated production break room and lockers for personal belongingsWellness spacesWalking path around facilityOutdoor picnic areaFree coffee!Shift Hours:1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PMWhat you will experience in this role:The ideal candidate is skilled at using hand tools, focuses on safety and quality as a priority and has good English written and verbal communication skills. This position will work Monday-Friday, with some Saturday overtime.Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
