HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, proactively source candidates, and build sustainable talent pipelines for operational roles such as front desk, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support positions.
- Oversee daily recruitment activities, including applicant screening, initial outreach, and maintaining candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, employee referrals, community partnerships, educational institutions, and hiring events to ensure a steady talent flow.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, manage calendars, confirm candidate participation, and deliver a seamless interview experience.
- Ensure consistency in hiring workflows, including structured interview processes, evaluation criteria, communication standards, and follow-ups with hiring managers.
- Facilitate offer processes and onboarding timelines to ensure timely candidate start dates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire records within applicant tracking and HR systems, including status updates, notes, and documentation.
- Generate and track basic recruitment metrics, such as open positions, pipeline progress, interview Assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background check coordination, document collection, and orientation scheduling.
- Adhere to fundamental employment regulations and best practices, ensuring confidentiality, consistent documentation, fair hiring standards, and escalation of potential compliance concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or staffing operations; experience in service-based industries is advantageous.
- Strong ability to source candidates, conduct outreach, and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR platforms, or managing candidate pipelines through structured tracking tools.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and processes.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, including confidentiality, documentation standards, and onboarding processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL.
- Experience recruiting in hospitality, retail, restaurants, or other high-volume service environments.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience supporting hiring events, job fairs, or community-based recruitment initiatives.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
