Regional Sales Manager – Concrete Construction Chemicals
Boston, MA / New England
We are working with a growing manufacturer in the concrete construction chemicals space seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support continued growth across the New England region. This is a field-facing sales role focused on driving business with distributors, contractors, architects, engineers, DOT, and municipal stakeholders throughout New England. It is a strong fit for someone who understands the concrete construction chemicals space and enjoys working in a market-facing role that blends technical product support, relationship development, and long-term territory growth.
Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing existing business, developing new accounts, supporting distribution partners, and increasing market penetration across the New England territory. This individual will play a direct role in expanding regional presence through consistent customer engagement and strong project support.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, engineers, DOT, and municipal customers
• Generate and close new business opportunities throughout the New England territory
• Support and grow existing accounts through regular field activity and customer follow-up
• Conduct jobsite visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer meetings
• Help drive product acceptance through technical support and specification-oriented selling
• Work closely with distributors to improve product awareness, market penetration, and pull-through activity
• Track opportunities, support pipeline growth, and maintain visibility into regional sales activity
• Coordinate with internal teams to support service, follow-up, and overall execution
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in construction materials, concrete chemicals, waterproofing, coatings, or related technical sales
• Strong understanding of distributor and contractor channels
• Experience working with architects, engineers, DOT, municipalities, or project stakeholders preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and territory-management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a field-based regional sales role
• Ability to balance account growth, technical support, and new business development
Preferred Experience
• Concrete repair mortars, grouts, waterproofing, sealers, epoxies, or related specialty construction materials
• Background in project-driven or specification-driven sales
• Experience supporting training and education efforts for customers and distributors
