What You'll Do:

• Assist Customers: Answer incoming customer calls and answer customer questions and resolve concerns regarding our stock, retirement, and group benefits plans in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Problem-Solving: Listen to customers, determine the appropriate response or solution, research information, and take necessary action to ensure customers receive complete and helpful information regarding their benefits inquiries.
• Collaborate: You'll be supported by and work closely with Sr. CSAs, Customer Service Specialists (CSSs) and other team members to deliver a premier customer experience.

Challenges and Opportunities:

• Knowledge and Skills: The role requires substantial knowledge of our benefits plans and processes, the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously and meet or exceed established customer service agent metrics. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office environment involving customer or employee account transactions (e.g., insurance, healthcare, retirement plans, banking/financial or HR support)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Situational awareness, customer focus and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities
• Two years' experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Familiarity with benefits-specific regulations and compliance standards
• The ability to interpret information.

Hours of Work: 11:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Work Environment: Onsite

Frequency of Pay: Weekly

Minimum Base Pay: 19.05

Maximum Base Pay: 26.65

Year End Bonus: To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
