1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are seeking motivated CNC Operators to support production operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes in a production environment

• Make basic machine adjustments, including feed and speed changes

• Perform tool changes and monitor tooling performance

• Troubleshoot machine alarms and production issues

• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments

• Ensure quality standards and production goals are consistently met

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of CNC operating experience OR completion of a machining trade school program

• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes

• Ability to use precision measuring equipment accurately

• Manufacturing or machining experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Equipment Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Haas Mills & Turning Centers

• Mori Seiki Mills

• Kitamura Mills

• Fanuc RoboDrills and Fanuc Controls

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
