Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (6–8 Weeks)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors while providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently.
The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, customers, and vendors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff.
- Provide information and assistance while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Process applications, forms, and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and facility or conference room reservations as needed.
- Accept and record payments while following established cash-handling procedures.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, copying, and document preparation.
- Maintain organized office records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with additional clerical and office support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience.
- Previous experience with scheduling and coordinating facility maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
