Job Location Address: 2096 North Monroe St. Tallahassee, Florida 32303 Position Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) – Brand: Value Pawn & Jewelry – Pay: $15–$16 per hour Job Overview We are looking for Retail Sales Associates / Customer Service Team Members to join us as a career—not a job—at EZCORP. You’ll receive a 5‑week paid training program, wage increases, and a clear career progression into Pawnbroker, Lead Pawnbroker, Assistant Manager, and beyond.
