Job Description
The Merker Group is working with an Am Law 100 firm to find a mid to senior-level attorney or counsel-level attorney with experience negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts specifically for renewable energy clients.
\n \nThis role may be 100% remote or may be based in any of the firm's offices across the US. Compensation is very competitive and hours are manageable. We do a significant amount of work with this firm and know the details of the role and team well. Contact us to discuss confidentially. Open to Associate or Counsel title, depending on experience.
\n \nRequired Experience:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of experience negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts for renewable energy clients. \n
- Prior relevant in-house or law firm experience. \n
- J.D. and excellent academic credentials. \n
- Active Bar license in the state in which you are applying (or ability to waive in). \n
