Business Development Representative

Overview Altius is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative with strong sales skills, customer focus, and an understanding of post-graduate entrance exams. The role is up to 20-30 hours per week and focuses on driving sales and supporting prospective students. Responsibilities Talk with potential students on the phone and provide a positive experience with Altius Engage and nurture warm leads to determine interest and match with the right solutions Schedule qualified leads for calls with Regional Directors Be knowledgeable of current campaigns and promotions Work closely with the VP of Marketing Qualifications 2+ years of demonstrated growth in a sales or business development role Passion and talent for sales and business growth Personal skills with the ability to quickly relate with people over the phone Able to identify and recommend products based on student goals and needs Strong written and verbal communications 2+ years of progressive work experience Equal Opportunity Employer.
