Katie Wright
- Provide technical support to end users in person, via phone, and electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
- Research and troubleshoot technical inquiries using available resources.
- Clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Administer and support a variety of applications and systems.
- Monitor, track, and document issues, incidents, and resolutions.
- Identify, escalate, and prioritize urgent issues as necessary.
- Assist team members within areas of specialization and share knowledge.
- Communicate key updates, challenges, and resolutions with the team.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
