Join our expanding team at Shriners Children’s Ohio as a Pediatric Anesthesiologist and play a crucial role in providing exceptional care for infants, children, and adolescents with pediatric burns and plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care for infants, children, and adolescents with pediatric burns and plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Practice regional anesthesia.
• Participate in clinical operations, research, and all-physician anesthesia group activities.
• Adhere to a Monday‑Friday schedule with rare evening and weekend cases; take calls from home and maintain a minimal call‑back rate.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Anesthesiology residency and Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship.
• 1–3 years post‑fellowship experience preferred; recent graduates considered.
• Board certified or eligible in Anesthesiology with Pediatric Anesthesiology subspecialty.
• Eligibility for state medical licensure, DEA, and credentialing/privileging per hospital bylaws required.
• Maintain BLS for Healthcare Providers and PALS certification.

Employment Details

• Full‑time (1.0 FTE) position and part‑time (0.5 FTE) position available.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with rare evening and weekend cases; call taken from home and minimal call‑back rate.
