N Seattle- Hybrid Salary $62,400 - $70,720 DOE Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Specialist Role Process a high volume of vendor invoices with a strong focus on 3-way match verification (purchase order, receiving documentation, and invoice). Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing variances, and matching exceptions. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and approval workflows. Maintain accurate vendor records and support timely payment processing. Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and operations teams to research and resolve invoice-related issues. Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and automated invoice processing workflows. Strong understanding of the 3-way match process, including its purpose, controls, and impact on financial accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
