Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description Job Description Our client in Tukwila is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume invoice processing, and collaborating across departments to ensure accurate and timely payments. Responsibilities: Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments Review and reconcile vendor statements Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain accurate AP records and documentation Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Support process improvements and other accounting projects as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
