Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and design tailored treatment plans based on their specific orthopedic needs.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and clinical tools to deliver effective therapeutic interventions aimed at pain reduction and functional improvement.
• Guide patients through customized exercise programs, providing education on proper movement patterns and techniques to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to continuously evaluate and adjust care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and facilitate open communication with both patients and team members to promote transparent care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Possession of, or eligibility for, a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) status in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
