Work Environment

This role is based in our outpatient office located in the scenic city of Mesquite, known for its welcoming community and vibrant outdoor activities. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and therapeutic tools, enabling our therapists to deliver top-notch care in a comfortable, client-centric setting. The structured work schedule, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensures a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their mobility, pain levels, and physical function, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols tailored to promote optimal recovery.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic exercises and employ various modalities to enhance patient outcomes, including strengthening, flexibility, and coordination activities.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress using our practice management system, Raintree, while maintaining compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about home care practices and effective injury prevention strategies that support ongoing health and rehabilitation.
• Adjust treatment strategies as necessary based on patient feedback and progress, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to personalized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will primarily be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with individuals of all ages, guiding them through their recovery journey and facilitating their return to optimal functional independence. Our patients appreciate the caring approach we take, which promotes not only physical healing but also emotional support throughout their recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; however, those with a Master's Degree are strongly preferred.
• A current Nevada state license or eligibility for licensure is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others are essential traits for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred but not required, as we prioritize a willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation and Benefits
