Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to understand their limitations and capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery and improve function.
• Regularly monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies to maintain their progress and prevent further injuries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your role will be treating a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to elderly patients needing rehabilitation after surgery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, and a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy will be preferred.
• A valid Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 110,000.
