Financial/Banking Technical Program Manager

Location: New York, NY (Day 1 onsite, 3 days office) Key Areas: Project management, Risk Management, Privacy or regulatory-driven programs, Financial/Banking domain Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience Experience in a consultative, project-based role, partnering with diverse stakeholders to shape approaches, align priorities, and manage tradeoffs. Foundational understanding of Privacy or regulatory-driven programs, with the ability to translate risk concepts into practical, enterprise-ready solutions. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, effective across functions and levels without direct authority. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to distill complex topics into clear, executive-ready narratives. Structured, strategic problem solver who connects execution to broader business, risk, and regulatory objectives. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
