Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control in Littleton, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a telecommunications service location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
