Staff Accountant (Bookkeeping & Client Accounting)

Work Location: Georgia residents may work remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or from our Dunwoody office.

We're hiring a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the Client Accounting Services team. You'll work with multiple small business clients preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling accounts, assisting with sales tax filings, and helping clients keep accurate books and understand their numbers.

Compensation: $25 per hour ($52,000 annualized) plus performance incentives with earnings potential of approximately $60,000–$65,000+.

This is a full-time role with flexible work hours - typically 9 AM to 5 PM

We're looking for someone who enjoys bookkeeping, is organized and process-driven, communicates well with clients, and takes pride in producing accurate financial information.

This is a bookkeeping and client accounting role, not a tax preparation position.

  DISC assessment and screening questions must be completed to be considered for the position.

$25 hourly base pay plus performance incentives

• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Record payroll, depreciation, and other journal entries
• Assist with sales tax preparation and filing
• Process client bill pay and invoicing
• Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online questions
• Maintain accurate and timely work within SDA workflows and deadlines

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or client accounting experience
• 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience in preparing financial statements and account reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Georgia resident with authorization to work in the United States
