Office Clerk Needed Immediately - North Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Processor to join a Custodial Department in North Palm Beach, FL. This position will initially be a temporary assignment with the strong potential to transition into a permanent, full-time role based on performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience within the financial services industry at a broker-dealer .

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all client transfer-out requests accurately and efficiently within the Custodial Department.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness when handling sensitive client paperwork and performing data entry.

• Conduct follow-up with external custodians, internal advisors, and other relevant parties to resolve outstanding items and facilitate the completion of transfers.

• Assist in maintaining compliance standards and internal recordkeeping requirements.

• Perform general office support functions , including managing emails, answering phones, and processing mail.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are a must.

• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
