Work Environment\n

This role is structured to allow flexibility through remote work, enabling you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while connecting with patients effectively. Although primarily remote, you will be part of a close-knit team that values communication and collaboration. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their unique needs and recovery goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's path to recovery.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster a supportive community among individuals in recovery, enhancing their shared experiences and progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and coordinated care, ensuring comprehensive treatment that addresses all aspects of the patient's well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, particularly in the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, with additional opportunities for performance bonuses. A sign-on bonus is also available for the right candidate.
