Chief Legal Strategist - Governance, Contracts & Compliance

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a General Counsel to optimize the organization’s legal posture, governance, and risk management. You will advise management, oversee contract administration, and align policies with strategic objectives.
This role leads the Contracts Department, handles real estate and Fortune 500 agreements, coordinates with outside counsel, and ensures regulatory compliance across HR, procurement, finance and marketing.
