Pastry Sous Chef: Menu Innovation & Kitchen Leadership

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join the pastry team, reporting to the Assistant Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Pastry Chef. You will help lead a busy pastry kitchen, develop menus, and mentor a team to deliver outstanding desserts and pastries. The role requires strong culinary knowledge, leadership, HACCP compliance, and cost control; you’ll work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fontainbleau
