Our client, a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, is seeking a Finance Administrative Specialist to join their Finance Commercial Execution Team in Naperville, IL. Reporting directly to the Finance Administrator Supervisor, the Finance Administrative Specialist will provide exceptional administrative and financial support to the sales field across North America and Canada while partnering closely with internal departments. This is a complex, task-based role that requires strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to independently prioritize competing demands.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up billing arrangements and special pricing in accordance with established business guidelines.
• Manage a workload of designated accounts within a specific strategic business unit.
• Drive the invoicing process by communicating with all relevant parties to gather necessary information, including billing arrangement numbers, start and end dates, invoice and billing adjustment details, and reference numbers.
• Foster a team-focused environment with a high level of engagement across all members of the Center of Excellence.
• Analyze and process requests by interpreting data and providing appropriate recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and other internal departments to maintain consistent and accurate billings.
• Assist and educate sales representatives to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of successful administrative support or technical sales support experience.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines.
• Skilled in delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• High computer application literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite, along with the ability to quickly learn internal business systems.
• Familiarity and/or experience with SAP applications and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated experience providing sales support in a corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• SAP or Intermediate Excel experience
• Billing or Accounts Receivable experience is very helpful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic paired with a customer-first mindset.
