Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in St Louis, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Processing cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assisting with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
• Handling and lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Customer-focused approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
