Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities that foster healing and growth for individuals and families. Your key duties will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitating both couples and family therapy sessions while also offering individual counseling to members of the family when necessary.

• Managing cases involving complex family dynamics, including issues of alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and utilizing digital tools for tracking progress and adjustments in treatment.

• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with clinic protocols and state regulations for effective case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including couples, families, adults, and adolescents dealing with various challenges such as:

• Struggles with addiction or substance abuse.
\n
• Experiences of grief or loss.
\n
• Challenges related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Conflict resolution among siblings and family members.
\n
• Adjustment to family changes, including blended families.

• Difficulties in communication within family units.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid, active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
