Accounting Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable, privately held energy company to identify an experienced Accounting Manager . Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers broad exposure across accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audits, and systems while leading a team of two.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, treasury, and vendor management
• Support GAAP financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance
• Administer and optimize the ERP system
• Supervise and mentor two accounting team members
• Assist with budgeting, internal controls, and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• ERP experience required; Sage Intacct experience is a plus
• CPA preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
