Project Manager (Contract)

Managing the full lifecycle of weekly business reviews, the remote Project Manager (Contract) will facilitate meetings with senior executives, support monthly and quarterly review cycles, and build tracking processes to ensure workstreams are visible and accountable. Key responsibilities Own and lead the team's weekly business review, including agenda creation, timekeeping, and follow-ups Support monthly and quarterly business reviews by coordinating inputs and preparing materials for cross-functional alignment Build and maintain tracking processes to keep workstreams and deliverables organized and on schedule Required qualifications 3 or more years of experience in project management and operational tracking 2 or more years of experience using Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience, including demonstrated project management experience Experience supporting business reviews or operational cadences is a plus
