Branch Manager

Position Overview Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, based in Canal Winchester, OH. Responsible for overall branch performance, revenue growth, and customer experience in an omni‑channel environment. Responsibilities Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance. Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that support clients’ financial well‑being. Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy across all channels. Lead and influence the agenda of ecosystem partners and community partners to grow branch revenue. Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch staff. Lead, plan, and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Maintain risk management and compliance in a complex business environment, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and PNC policies. Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace. Drive the employee experience, including talent acquisition, development, and ongoing performance management. Qualifications 5+ years of related experience in branch banking or related field. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of balance sheet and income statement fundamentals. Strong skills in customer experience, consultative selling, and sales management.
