For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Summary: The Concessions Lead Cook is responsible for prepping, preparing, and cooking products according to recipe specifications and food safety and sanitation guidelines. The individual should have a reasonable knowledge base of fundamentals of the kitchen, including knife skills and organization. The Cook has the ability of running a station solo. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director. * Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes. * Knows menu items specific to position. * Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning. * Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy. Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products. * Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply. * Understands and follows production guidelines and location appearance guidelines. * Adheres to Levy guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook. * Thoroughly completes all set-up and breakdown responsibilities. * Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment. * Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures. * Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned. * Assists in the cross training of employees. * Reports issues to management. * Helps fellow team members whenever necessary. * Displays a positive attitude toward teammates, managers and other groups. * Always on time and ready to perform all required duties. * Assist with assigning duties * Performs other duties as assigned. Job Duties: * Be punctual, reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on event basis. * Adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-volume environments. * Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day and stand for duration of entire shift. * Ability to obtain and maintain required work cards including SNHD Health Card, ServSafe Alcohol Card, Non-Gaming Card. * Ability to effectively communicate in English in written and oral form. * Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and bend. * Lift, push pull up to 50 lbs Apply to Levy today!
