IT Senior Manager, Technical Product Manager - Global Brand Protection

Johnson & Johnson seeks an IT Senior Manager and Technical Product Manager for Global Brand Protection to lead product strategy, vision, and execution across AI-enabled authentication, investigative analytics, and related platforms. The role requires defining multi-year roadmaps, aligning business demand with technical capabilities, and managing cross-functional delivery while providing interim oversight of the Aviation application portfolio.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, objectives, key results, and multi-year roadmaps for Global Brand Protection
Translate business and investigator needs into integrated technology solutions with appropriate governance and controls
Own strategy, delivery, adoption, and operational support for key applications ensuring continuous improvement
Provide interim oversight of Aviation application portfolio and facilitate orderly leadership transition
Lead discovery, intake, prioritization, and backlog refinement using customer insight and data-driven analysis

Requirements

Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in large, complex organizations
Strong background in technical product management and platform development
Demonstrated expertise translating business needs into scalable technology solutions
Experience with AI, machine learning, and emerging technology applications
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizational structures
Track record building measurable value cases and managing product lifecycles
