The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) is seeking candidates for a journey-level Management Analyst position. This role involves analytical, research, and program/project coordination duties within the Planning and Regional Programs department.
The position is open until filled and requires approval from the Board of Directors, expected on September 2, 2026. The salary range is $75,955.00 - $113,933.00 annually, and the job is located at 1170 West 3rd Street, 2nd Floor, San Bernardino, CA.
The job functions include performing research on transportation and land use issues, preparing reports and correspondence, leading transit and transportation plan development, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications include knowledge of program coordination, analytical studies, transportation planning, budget development, contract administration, and customer service. Education typically includes a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and three years of relevant experience.
Physical demands require mobility to work in an office setting, operate a vehicle, and lift up to 25 pounds. The work environment is primarily office-based with moderate noise levels and no direct exposure to hazardous substances.
